Referral to CES Medical
At CES Medical, we provide expert eye care through a seamless referral process. Whether you are an NHS patient, a private patient, or using private medical insurance, we are here to guide you every step of the way.
Referral processes may vary slightly depending on your location and the CES Medical clinic you are referred to. NHS referrals from optometrists should be submitted using the GOS18 form.
For NHS-funded treatment, some referrals may need to go through the NHS e-Referral Service (eRS) depending on the requirements of your local Integrated Care Board (ICB).
