Elion Hyseni – Founder and CEO
A pioneering optometrist and visionary entrepreneur, Elion Hyseni founded CES Medical in 2018 with the mission to revolutionise ophthalmology services. With advanced qualifications in optometry, clinical neuroscience, and healthcare management, Elion’s strategic vision drives CES Medical’s rapid growth, ensuring it delivers elite care and remains an NHS partner of choice.

What are the treatments the Clinic offers?
CES Medical offers a full range of eye care services including diagnostics, minor procedures, and surgeries such as cataract and glaucoma treatment. We also provide emergency care and support for long-term conditions like macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
What is included with treatment?
All treatments at CES Medical include a pre-treatment consultation, full diagnostic assessments, access to your consultant throughout, and post-treatment follow-up. You'll be looked after by a dedicated clinical team from start to finish.
How can I pay the surgeries?
